Mizavo is a trivia game where you play against your own Twitch chat. Every vote in chat drops into its answer as a ball, live on screen. You pick a side, chat picks theirs, and the wrong pile pops. Thanks for helping test it.
1Log in with Twitch
Open the game page and press Log in with Twitch. Mizavo uses the login only to know which channel is yours, so your games and scores stay with it. It reads your chat anonymously, never posts in it, and can't change anything on your account.
Mizavo is invite-only while we test. If you see "not on the invite list yet", send your Twitch name to whoever invited you, then press Check again.
2Pick your settings
Mode
Fact or Fake: one statement, is it true? Odd One Out: four things, which doesn't belong? Mix: both, shuffled.
Twitch chat to read
Your channel name. It's filled in for you. Change it only if you want to read a different chat.
Rounds & seconds
10 rounds of 15 seconds is about 5 minutes. Use 20 or 30 seconds if your stream has a delay, so chat sees the question in time.
Blind mode
Chat's votes stay mixed together until you lock in your answer, so you can't just copy chat. Recommended.
Double-points final
On by default. The last round counts 2 for you vs chat (comebacks happen), and viewers earn double points on it.
Lightning round
On by default in games of 10+ rounds (not Odd One Out only): 3 Fact or Fake questions back to back, 10 seconds each whatever your timer setting, with all 3 answers shown at the end. If your stream delay is long, turn it off so chat isn't cut short.
Simulated chat
Fake demo viewers for practice. It's off by default; leave it off for real games on stream. With it on, the game is marked as a test and doesn't count.
Streamer mode
Clears space on the right for your webcam and chat overlay. Drag the edge or use the slider to size it. The game keeps at least 720px.
Public channel
On by default. Your channel shows on today's board and gets a public page with your record against chat and your top viewers (copy its link from the setup screen). Turn it off to hide both. Test games never count.
Daily challenge
Off stream, anyone can play the daily challenge: 10 questions, the same for everyone worldwide, one try a day, with its own solo leaderboard.
3Put it on stream (OBS)
Open Mizavo in its own browser window (Chrome, Edge or Firefox) and log in there.
Make the window at least 1280 × 720. Full screen on a second monitor works best.
In OBS, add a source: + → Window Capture, and pick the Mizavo browser window. On macOS, use macOS Screen Capture set to that window.
Crop off the browser's tabs and address bar: hold Alt (Option on Mac) and drag the top edge of the source in OBS.
Using streamer mode? Line up your webcam and chat sources inside the dashed box. During the game that space stays empty and matches the background.
Why not a Browser Source? It needs the Twitch login, and OBS's built-in browser makes that awkward. A captured window keeps you logged in and lets you click and use keys normally.
4Play
What chat types
Fact or Fake:1 or 2 (or fact / fake).
Odd One Out:ABCD (or 1–4).
Each viewer's first answer counts. No switching, so tell chat to think before they type.
What you press
Pick with the number keys, the arrow keys, A–D, or by clicking.
Enter reveals early once you've picked, and moves to the next round.
Your pick stays secret until the reveal, so chat can't copy you. The screen only says you locked in. Use the keys, not the mouse, so your cursor doesn't give it away.
End game is top right. A game you close by accident waits for you to resume.
You score a point for each right answer, and chat scores a point when its most popular answer is right. At the end you'll see the final score and your top chatters.
A question never repeats on your channel, so play as much as you like.
5Report a bad question
Every question is fact-checked with a source, but mistakes happen. After a round, press Report this question under the explanation and pick what's wrong: a wrong answer, out of date, unclear, too local (not known worldwide), offensive, or a typo. Reports go straight to us, and bad questions are taken out of the game.
Fixes
No votes show up
Check the pill next to the logo shows your channel (like #yourname) with a green dot, and that the chat name in settings matches your channel. Votes must be a message on their own, like 2.
"Not enough new questions"
Try fewer rounds or another mode. Odd One Out has fewer questions during the test.
The page reloaded mid-game
Log back in. You'll be offered Resume for the game you were playing.
Stream delay
Use longer rounds (20–30 seconds) so chat sees each question before time runs out.
Tell us what you think
Bugs, confusing bits, questions your chat loved or hated: all of it helps. Drop it in the Mizavo Discord.
Mizavo is free to play for streamers and viewers. If you'd like to help cover the servers, you can leave a tip on Ko-fi. It's completely optional and doesn't change anything in the game.
